We are seeking someone who can:

- Lead a group - our teachers are facilitators who engage with grownups to make music with their children.

- Sing with confidence and move to music accurately - reading music and playing an instrument are optional but recommended.  Teachers sometimes learn these skills after they start.

- Communicate effectively - teachers educate parents on salient points about music education, child development, and why the caregiver's role is so important.  These "Education Moments" are provided to the teachers.

- Be silly! - A well-developed "SQ" (Silly Quotient) is an absolute must!
